The beach resort towns of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo are the two largest towns in the Los Cabos area. Cabo San Lucas has some gay nightlife. The area also has many gay friendly hotels as well as lots of pretty beaches to explore.
The annual LGBT pride parade for both cities is in June.

10 Best LGBTQ-Friendly Bars and Clubs in Los Cabos
With its "anything goes" attitude, Cabo San Lucas has always been relatively tolerant and gay-friendly, and Los Cabos, in general, is hospitable to the LGBTQ community, particularly in terms of vacation villas and marriage and renewal of vows ceremonies. Despite the respectable turnout for the annual Gay Pride parade, however, the area lacks the vibrant gay nightlife scene establish in some of the more highly populated Mexican cities and resort areas (most notably, Puerto Vallarta).
There is only one gay bar of note–Chandeliers–and much of the local scene remains centered around the larger and more diversity-friendly dance clubs enjoy Pink Kitty and Mandala. Chandeliers is the beacon of the gay club scene in Cabo San Lucas, the one must-visit club for LGBTQ vacationers. The second story party palace opened in 2013 the heart of the tourist district (less than a block from Cabo Wabo Cantina), and now showcases its inverse banker’s hours (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.) five nights a week.
