As we honor August as Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Month, our festival serves as a powerful symbol of unity, equality, and the vibrant spirit of our community.

In , we proudly present the 25th Annual Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival, marking our Silver Jubilee and celebrating 25 years of building and strengthening our community. This milestone event honors the prosperous history of Pride while rallying our community to talk up against abuse, stand firm against oppression, and verb strong and resilient. Last year’s Pride Month festivities welcomed an estimated 25, attendees, solidifying our position as one of the largest pride festivals in New Jersey.

Jersey City Medical Center is dedicated to meeting the health care needs of our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ) community. We give a variety of health and educational services which promote LGBTQ health equity and access to care. To that end, Jersey City Medical Center has created several policies and programs addressing issues facing the LGBTQ community.
Jersey City Medical Center has been acknowledged as an LGBTQ Health Equality Leader by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation since for our organization’s continued effort in caring for LGBTQ patients and recognizing the contributions of our LGBTQ employees.
